What is this conference about?
Prayer Care Share is part conference, part mission trip, where high school students will work together to reach the local community through their words and actions.
Start Date: Thursday, July 6 at 7:30 pm
Ending Date: Sunday, July 9 at 2:00 pm
Ages: 14-19 – High School
Parents: We would love for you to come and work alongside your teen!!
This is a working mission trip – here are some of the activities that we have planned:
-Serve Local Families through work projects at their homes.
-Develop your own Video Testimony (optional).
-Help us run a Bible and Sports Camp outreach for neighborhood kids.
-Be a part of a Drama Camp outreach for teens.
-Help Coordinate the West Chicago Railroad Days Parade.
-Learn through practical training in how to share your faith and invite others to hear about the truth that can change their lives
-Build relationships that will last a lifetime
-Worship and learn together
-Fun: Saturday evening we’ve reserved the local Water Splash Park for exclusive use by the teen conference.
-Serve, play, grow together!
What to Bring?
This is a working conference!! Please bring clothes and shoes that you are not afraid to get dirty, as we will be helping local families with a variety of work activities. Specific things to bring:
- Lightweight sleeping bag
- Sleeping pad or air mattress
- Sunscreen & hat
- Walking shoes (you will be walking!)
- Bible & pen
- Completed Hold Harmless form
- Work clothes & shoes
